Identify needs and specific elements of assistance in collaboration with UN-LiREC experts. |

Elaborate the written official request for assistance. This must be done by a governmental entity, including but not limited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, etc. |

Send official request for assistance to UN-LiREC via email [officeofthedirector@unlirec.org] or fax [511.625.9100] or to UNODA's Regional Disarmament Branch in New York via fax [212.963.8892]. |
